This site has samples of my personal and commercial art created over the past 40 years. I started my career as a freelance illustrator in the mid 70's and began working in 3D rendering software in the late 80's using coded imaging and animation programs like POV for raytraced renderings. For the past 30 years I've worked as a 3D visual artist, programmer, and animator in the architectural field. I'm retired now but still mess around with programming, art, and 3D. Thank GOD for the opensource & shareware community of artists and programmers! I'm currently using Blender, Unreal, POV, Gimp, Sculptris, PureBasic, FreeCAD, and a few more that help me stay creative. I've retired Revit, Max, Maya, Civil3D, AutoCAD , and all the other Autodesk products that supported my architectural rendering and animation work. Some great software ...very expensive.
Most of my finished renderings begin with a concept sketch. It helps me determine the best way to begin the 3D modeling process and where to focus the polycount and detail. I've included some preliminary drawings with the finished renderings.
Thank you visiting the site.
Have a blessed day!
